New CVD Coated Ceramic Grade
XC5010 Chip Breaker System uses a silicon nitride ceramic substrate to ensure high-temperature hardness
and high toughness, using a unique AL2O3 CVD coating which is highly resistant to heat and helps prevent
chip welding.
A new addition to the
VQ line up is the VQ4MVM this is a 4-flute multi-functional square end mill that is capable of machining at large ramping angles up to 30° and narrow pocket machining in steel and stainless steel.
The MV1000 series showcases two new CVD milling Grades with an
Al rich coating. MV1020 is designed to have a high wear resistance for high speed. MV1030 high fracture resistance for interrupted machining.
MV9005
MV9005 uses a special carbide substrate with an extremely high hardness. It is available in C,D,S,T, and V style negative M class inserts and a positive Round M class insert. These insert configurations will be offered in LS, MS, RS, and MA
